The outdoor terrace was nice and had a pretty view. The sunrise was amazing. Location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They have reliable Wi-Fi and you can easily connect to it from your room.

The staff was not helpful and very unprofessional. They didn't seem to care about our needs and didn't offer any recommendations for things to do in the area.

While the location was great, access to the hotel could be difficult during bus disruptions or landslides. the room design might not be for everyone, with the bath being a part of the room.
